High-Accuracy Finite Element Model Updating a Framed Structure Based on Response Surface Method and Partition Modification

In this paper, a finite element model updating (FEMU) method is proposed based on the response surface (RSM) and genetic algorithm (GA) to establish high-precision (FE) of space station scientific experiment racks. First, fine solid mixed FE models are established, respectively, comparison modal test results conducted. Then, an orthogonal experimental design used analyze significance parameters, variables be modified determined. The parameters sampled via Latin hyperbolic substituted into obtain rack. mapping relationship between fitted by constructing Kriging function, RSM established. rack optimized GA, initial updated, which has advantage improving computing efficiency. Finally, updated verified frequency sweep random vibration tests. show that approach high precision efficiency, compared with results, errors within 5%, under excitation 7%.
